100 KM per Day, extra KM will be charged 0.35 USD per KM.
Driver's Age
The minimum driver’s age is 25 years and the maximum age limit is 60 years.
No Young Driver Fee will be applied.
No Senior Driver Fee will be applied.
Additional Drivers
Additional drivers are allowed for a fee of USD 5 per day. All additional drivers must meet the same license and age requirements as the main driver.
Driver’s License
Driver must present a full and valid driving license that should be valid with no major endorsements, and at least 5 year of driving experience is required.
Digital or photo copies of licenses are not accepted.
Licenses issued in EU countries will be valid for driving, provided they are current.
An International Driver’s License (IDL) is mandatory only if the domestic license is not in the Roman/English alphabet and must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver.
Non-EU license holders must provide an IDP.
Drivers from the US, Canada, and Australia are accepted without an IDL.
Insurance Coverage
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
CDW is included in your rental. It limits the renter’s financial liability in the event of damage to the vehicle, with an excess that varies by category from 500 USD to 1000 USD.
In the case of total loss or theft, the renter’s liability is limited to 10 percent of the vehicle’s market value.
A valid police report is required for all accidents.
Theft Waiver (THW)
THW is included in your rental. It limits the renter’s liability in the event of theft of the vehicle, with an excess that varies by category from 500 USD to 1000 USD.
In the case of total loss or theft, the renter’s liability is limited to 10 percent of the vehicle’s market value.
A valid police report is required for all accidents.
Third Party Liability (TPL)
Included in the rental. Mandatory third-party liability insurance is in place for all vehicles under the local motor vehicle legislation. The coverage limits for personal injury and property damage vary according to vehicle category and insurer policy. A valid police report is required for any incident involving a third party covering up to 50000 USD.
Excess Reduction Options
Additional insurance options are available at the rental desk to reduce or eliminate the excess:
SCDW (Super Collision Damage Waiver) (optional):
Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) is an optional coverage that provides the highest level of protection, reducing the renter’s liability in case of damage to the vehicle.
The SCDW can be purchased at the counter and reduces the excess to zero and lowers deposit amount.
Mini: USD 15 per day – Zero excess, deposit remains USD 500
Compact: USD 20 per day – Zero excess, deposit remains USD 500
Standard: USD 25 per day – Zero excess, deposit remains USD 500
Intermediate: USD 30 per day – Zero excess, deposit remains USD 500
SUV: Varies from vehicle category USD 45/day to USD 50/ day– Zero excess, deposit remains USD 700
Mini SUV: USD 45 per day – Zero excess, deposit remains USD 700
Van: USD 45 per day – Zero excess, deposit remains USD 1000
Mini Bus: USD 45 per day – Zero excess, deposit remains USD 1000
Bus: USD 60 per day – Zero excess, deposit remains USD 1000

Important Notice:
In the event of an accident, theft, fire, or any damage to the vehicle, the renter must immediately notify both the police (or the competent local authority) and the rental agency. An official accident or incident report issued by the relevant authority, together with any required insurance documentation, must be provided to the rental agency. Failure to obtain and submit these documents will result in the insurance coverage being void. Whenever possible, the renter should not leave the vehicle unattended and must wait for authorized assistance.
If an accident, theft, or damage occurs in a rural or remote area, the renter must provide a formal statement at the nearest police station or other competent local authority. All documentation issued by the authority, including any official statement or report, must be submitted to the rental agency. Submission of these documents is mandatory for insurance coverage to be valid and effective.
Vandalism damages, tow truck and road assistance due to negligence is not included.
Insurance does not cover damages of any type caused by driving through rivers, lakes, beaches, mangroves, and flooded roads or off-road, this will void any insurance coverage and customers would be responsible for damages.
No coverage covers if the driver is under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of the event.
No coverage applies when a rented vehicle is driven by an unauthorized driver.
CDW coverage does not cover, vandalism damage, glass damage, flat tires, wheels, keys or accessories. In the event that the damage is caused by factors other than a collision with another vehicle, THE CUSTOMER must assume full responsibility for the damage to the rented vehicle.
Damages caused to the inside of the vehicle, including upholstery of the car, loss of car’s keys or documents, license plates, emergency kits are not included in the insurance. Charges apply according to damages or loss and appraisal.
The renter and any additional drivers are absolutely liable for any loss or damage to the rental vehicle, even when the loss or damage is caused by a third party or in the event the cause is unknown, whether because of theft, collision, vandalism or any other cause.
Credit card details are held on file in case of any toll route, parking violations, traffic violations, and will be authorized to charge for these reasons.
Vehicle Condition
You must return the vehicle in the same condition as it was in when you received it, minus the normal wear and tear. The Supplier will charge you at their own rates for any excessive staining/soiling and/or for both internal and external damage (including strong smells). You are responsible for inspecting the vehicle upon pick-up/drop-off and for the cost of any new damage found at the end of your rental period.
Off-road driving
Off-road driving is strictly prohibited. The vehicle may only be used on paved, public roads. Any damage resulting from off-road use will not be covered by insurance and will be fully charged to the customer.
Breakdown Assistance
Breakdown assistance is available free of charge 24/7 when the customer is not at fault.
If assistance is required due to customer fault, the renter is responsible for the repair costs and additional fees may be applied.
Relevant contact details and procedures will be provided before the start of the rental.
Other Fees:
Airport surcharge fee is not included in the rental fee.
Car will be provided at the parking and customer will have to pay the parking fees when exit and will be not more than 1 USD.
Return: Customer pays airport parking fee while return and give the parking ticket to the representative.
If the vehicle keys are lost or stolen, a fee of USD 100 to 500 USD will apply depending from the vehicle model.
You are responsible for the cost of any parking fines, tolls and other penalties incurred whilst the vehicle is contracted to you. The rental office will pass the relevant charges on to you plus USD 50 for administrative expenses.
In case of loss of original vehicle documents, a fee of USD 50 will apply.
In case of wrong fuel, the customer will pay for all repaid cost associated with it.
If car is returned dirty, a charge of USD 20 USD to 50 USD will apply depending on the level of cleaning required.
Smoking in the vehicle is strictly prohibited. A fee of USD100 will apply if smoking is detected.
Fuel Policy
Full to Full
The client must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel provided at the time of check out. If the fuel tank is not returned at the same level, refueling charge applies based on the operator’s standard rates.
Mileage Policy
Limited Mileage of ? KM per day. If mileage is exceeded a charge of USD 0.15 per KM will apply depending on the vehicle category.
Tax Rate
Tax is included in the rental price.
Payment Methods
Visa, Mastercard credit card are accepted, and the card must be in the main driver’s name when paying at the rental desk. Cash, debit cards, bank transfers are also accepted for the rental payment only.
Deposit
A security deposit is required for all rentals, ranging from USD 500 to USD 1000 depending of the vehicle category.
Deposits can only be provided by a valid credit card in the main driver’s name. Debit cards, prepaid cards, and cash are not accepted for the deposit.
Delivery and Collection
Delivery and collection services are available if confirmed in advance.
Out of Hours
Open 24 hours for pick up and drop off free of charge.
One Way Drop-Off Charge
Cross-location drop-off allowed, with a fee of USD 50.
Cross Border Travel
Cross-border travel is not permitted. Driving on or off the country is strictly prohibited. Any violation will void insurance coverage and result in full liability for all damages and losses.
Grace Period
For vehicle pick-up: A 2 hour grace period is allowed free of charge. After this period, the booking will be considered a no-show or a vehicle will be provided if availability allows.
For vehicle return: A 2 hour grace period is allowed from the scheduled drop-off time.
After that, a full day rental charge will apply or 10 USD/hour whichever is lower will be applied.
Extras
Confirmation of Special Equipment depends upon the availability at the rental desk.
